"Cities are Cities, be they Jerusalem,Tel Aviv, Haifa, or New York. We did all and more and left out New York.Did you know you can go spelunking, well something like spelunking, in Israel?  We did.  In the ancient caves, surrounded by historical events, bunkers too. To be surrounded by ancient history while walkingthe land—Israel.  Crawling through caves where our great great ancestors met to discuss —what?—the price of spices — the strategy of the next attack? The feelings that are evoked by seeing how much has changed in terms of technology and yet happily and sadly so much has stayed the same.  Druze, Bedouin, Hasidim, they are all there in full but different color, with their own styles of pita and humus.Never have I gone to so many non-touristy eateries. Deeeelicious!!! This was my 7th time to Israel. Never have my feelings been so stirred by all the contrasts I experienced as in this totally non-touristy active tour. What more can anyone ask from a vacation? Oh and did I say LAUGH?  We did lots."
